PAYMENT POLICY

 

Sarvam RESERVES THE RIGHT to refuse or cancel any order. Sarvam may also require additional proof of identification prior to accepting or processing any order.

Once we receive your online order, we'll send you an email with an order confirmation.Your receipt does not signify Sarvam's affirmation of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we have received your order.

Sarvam reserves the right at any time after receiving the order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund the billed amount.

Pricing and price reductions/corrections:

 

Sarvam reserves the right to alter prices for products displayed on our website at any time, and to correct pricing errors that might occur.

The prices shown are in U.S. dollars.If you are paying with Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit card, note that the purchase price may change with exchange rates.

In addition,your bank or credit card company may also charge you foreign conversion fees, which may increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these charges.


IN STORE RETURN POLICY

We encourage our customers to meticulously review items in store before making a purchase. We pride ourselves in the quality and workmanship of the items we sell.

The following are the details of the Sarvam return policy that are applicable to all items purchased in store.

  • Items can be returned for full refund of purchase amount within 3 days of the purchase.

    • All items must be returned with the receipt and must be in original condition, along with the tags, unwashed and unworn.

    • In case the product tag is removed/ damaged, return policy will not be applicable for the same.

  • Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return. 

  • The sarees, once purchased can be returned for full refund if the customization of the blouse has not begun.

  • Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

  • Intimates (i.e. petticoats, leggings,) and jewelry are FINAL SALE items and are not eligible for return. 

  • Since we are dealing with handmade products, threadwork/color and weaving inconsistencies do not qualify as damage or defects. 



ONLINE RETURN POLICY

 

A customer must make a return request within 24 hours of receiving their order. You can raise a return request by sending an email to sarvam.sales@outlook.com – stating your ORDER NUMBER. Also mention the purpose of your email and order number in the subject line of the Returns Email.

 

A customer may return a delivered product, within 3-5 days of registering the return request with Sarvam.

 

In a normal returns situation, the customer would have to bear the return shipping cost of sending the product back to us.The shipping charge imposed on a delivery will not be refunded against any order.

 

Custom order merchandise CANNOT be returned. This applies to both Custom and Standard Stitching. Same applies for all Made-to-Order outfit/s.

 

Items can be returned for full refund of purchase amount if they do not meet the quality standards as promised by Sarvam. Since we are dealing with handmade products, threadwork/color and weaving inconsistencies do not qualify as damage or defects.

A Saree cannot be returned if its blouse and/or petticoat has been stitched. A Lehenga Choli cannot be returned, if its choli/blouse and/or lehenga has been custom stitched.

 

Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged. No refunds are allowed on accessories.

SHIPPING POLICY

Completed orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Shipping windows span from Monday to Friday 9 am to 4 pm EST. Custom orders may take 6-8 weeks. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Sarvam prioritizes the delivery of products in a timely manner. 

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

FedEx, USPS, DHL, UPS

For standard shipping we use USPS ground with tracking.

 

The cost of shipping will be displayed on the checkout page. In the event of a free shipping offer, shipping costs are not shown on the checkout page.

 

Approximate shipping time is 5-10 business days. There is an option of a 2 day express delivery through FedEx, Express, or USPS Priority for an additional fee depending on the carrier of your choice.

 

We will email you your tracking number once your package is shipped.

Please be sure to provide a physical address since we will not ship to a P.O. Box.

Please note, any invalid addresses that are provided, may hinder the shipping and delivery of your item. Make sure to review your shipping and billing information before proceeding to checkout to minimize any delays.

 

  1. Unforseen Shipping Problems: From the time your package is shipped, until it is delivered to you, the shipping carrier(s) [listed above] are liable for the item(s).

  2. If you require a signature upon the receipt, please make note of this during checkout (in the notes section). Routinely, domestic packages do not require a signature.

Force Majeure

Sarvam cannot be held liable for failure to fulfill one of its commitments to the Customer, if this failure is due to a case of force majeure such as war, strike (in-house or at one of its service providers), lock-out, accident, fire, ice, flood, bad weather, interruption or suspension of means of communication and/or transport, blockade, blockage of exports, prohibited import or export, cessation of production or delivery, regulatory decision of an administrative supervisory body, etc.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 to 48 hours from us to the email address you listed during checkout. You will receive a second email once your package has been shipped with the tracking number. If there is any issue with the delivery of your package, please contact the courier first. Please allow 2 to 4 days for the tracking information to update. If there is a delay in the tracking information, your product may still be arriving on time. Contact us after the estimated delivery time of 5 to 10 days if your package has not arrived.     

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND LIMITATIONS

We reserve the right to alter the quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. There may be occasions when we confirm your order but later learn that we cannot supply the ordered product. In case we cannot supply a product you ordered, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund. If you have any questions or concerns regarding shipment of your order, please feel free to contact us @ sarvam.sales@outlook.com.

 

Once you submit your order online, it is automatically entered into our database,and your payment is verified by our system. If you want to cancel your order, please inform us within 24 hours of placing an order on our website.

Shipping and Delivery

How We Do It

  • SARVAM.BIZ offers FREE shipping within the continental United States. We work with premier courier companies to ship products to our customers.

  • We will send an email confirming the shipment of the order being placed as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier Company. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and Courier Company’s website details.

  • Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take around 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.

  • Time to ship the product mentioned on our website against each item are indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.

  • If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail.

  • Dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases we may offer to refund you for unfulfilled part of the order.

  • If the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges.

  • The product will be delivered to you in 7 to 15 days.

  • If you return an order delivered to you, then the shipping charges for the return of the goods will be according to our Return Policy.

  • Custom charges depends on the rules and regulations of the country of shipment and we do not charge them from our end. If there is any custom duty levied on the shipment, we are not liable for the same.
